The student incentive programs are tied directly to the school’s progress reports, allowing us to support, and reward students and staff with meaningful gestures like donut parties for Straight A students, ice cream treats, and gift baskets for those who go above and beyond.

These small celebrations do more than create smiles, they encourage better attendance, stronger academic performance, and a deeper sense of pride in the classroom.

We’re not just rewarding behavior, with every home bought or sold through RESC, it helps fund these moments of motivation.
