That’s why we created the Heroes Program, built for the everyday champions who serve our neighborhoods: Veterans, Teachers, Law Enforcement, Healthcare Providers, First Responders, and Seniors.
When our Heroes buy or sell a home through RESC, they receive an average of $2,200 back after closing. This isn’t a government or lender program, It's just the same real estate transaction, with a meaningful check in the mail afterward.
Heroes can use their savings however they choose:
First month’s mortgage payment
New furniture or appliances
Moving expenses
Or simply a well-deserved fresh start
Even better, $560 of that rebate is donated in your name to RESC, helping fund local student incentives, teacher appreciation events, career days, and school-based programs that make a lasting impact.
